Comments, Suggestions and Complaints

Please send in any suggestions or comments you may have about the Practice or this website in writing to our Practice Manager Mr John Steel.
(Please note junk mail is always deleted and not read, persistent offenders will be reported to the relevant body for action).

If you have a complaint we will acknowledge this, within two working days, and we aim to reply to your complaint within 10 working days.

If you are complaining on behalf of one of our patient’s we will require a signed letter from that person authorising you to complain on their behalf. This is to ensure that we have their permission to discuss this complaint with you, as this may involve further discussion of their confidential medical records. This ensures that the Practice is not breaching the patient’s rights of confidentiality.
